About Us

A nonprofit bakery helping underserved youth through baked-goods sales, mentorship, life skills, education, and career pathways.

Our Mission

At the Cow Bakery Foundation, our work is dedicated to turning everyday bakery purchases into life skills, mentorship, and opportunity for students.

Founded by community bakers, mentors, and educators, the foundation strengthens communities through student support, vocational exposure, and practical training.

Our Vision

We envision students confidently moving beyond circumstance with the support, preparation, and relationships they need to create a better life.

Each program is built to connect young people with caring adults, practical experiences, and clear next steps.

Current Programming

The Cow Student Support Program is funded by baked-goods sales and includes life-skills workshops, one-on-one coaching, and career exploration opportunities.

Students are prepared for college and empowered to enter the workforce with confidence, practical skills, and determination.
